"Peace" is the latest CD album by Rémi Dazet, the mastermind behind Violent Shogun and other noisy experimental projects like Hattifnattar and Mold. Those projects stand on their own feet but Violent Shogun can be seen as his main project, and it's always exciting to see in which direction the sound progresses to next.

This timely named album once again showcases what Rémi does best. It combines atmospheric synth sounds and textured tape loops with harsher, organic bangs and scrapes to tell a story. No gimmicks, just true artistic vision using the tools of sound.
