An hour-long split album featuring Kazumoto Endo (Killer Bug, RYKE), a leading figure in Japan's cut-up harsh noise scene, and A Fail Association (Greg Babbitt, owner of Texas label Dada Drumming).

With two tracks of approximately 15 minutes each per artist, these are long for cut-up harsh noise, but these are top-notch artists, providing fantastic development and sonic composition. Kazumoto Endo's track appears to be from his transition to modular synthesizers, but is back with his consistent use of sound and song structure. A Fail Association's cut-up harsh tracks, where everything from metal junk to Trogotronic synthesizers resonate at breakneck speed, also display clarity of sound, composition, and development.
