Noise / Power Electronics artist Wasauksing Sniper returns with 'Night Action in Passchendaele', a sonic meditation on one of the First World War's most infamous battlefields.

Across five movements, the project transforms chaos and devastation of Passchendaele into a dense barrage of sound, where historical memory is rendered through abrasive textures and shifting atmospheres.

Known for gritty, glacial heavy electronics steeped in the sediment of history and the dust of recycled tape, Wasauksing Sniper is a project from Winnipeg’s Bret Parenteau, dedicated to the legendary Ojibwe marksman Francis Pegahmagabow.
