"Variants" is a new chapter of Capricorni Pneumatici - an esoteric post industrial project that started in Italy during the 90's. First of all you will be caught by the "pleasant" cover recalling Flemish painter Hieronymus Bosch. You may see it as an introduction to the dark disquieting spaces crossed by CP during the 7 lengthy tracks of this work (ranging from 5 to 18 minutes).

The sound generated by live electronics, percussion and treated guitars subtly flows from one track to the other trying to overcome the opacity of the world of shadows with intense and incisive layers that bring the listener to concentrate his attention on this minimalist experience leaving out the external world. This opus was created in hot summer of a hot city like Milano but has the winter climate of Northern Europe in it.
