Originally released in 2016 on CDR, now available on CD-proper for the first time. "Beat!" documents poetry recordings from the second "Festival Internazionale de Poeti Roma" 28th July 1980 by the likes of: William Burroughs, Allen Ginsberg, John Giorno, Anne Waldman, Michael McClure, Joanna McClure, Antler (Brad Burdick), Gregory Corso, and Peter Orlowsky.

The recordings are taken from quite well kept audience cassette tapes. Includes written contributions in Italian by Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Fernanda Pivano and Gabriele Roveda, edited by a/rivista anarchica.

Presented in a 60-page 8x8" booklet published on 100% recycled paper, containing the CD in plastic sleeve, with several card inserts. Each sleeve has a unique 1" handmade badge attached to the cover.
