"Carreira's Cross" by Portuguese duo Worksite & Workshop (Zé Quintino and Tiago Maduro) is a sonic tapestry where shifting electronic textures meet finely detailed field recordings and subtly hypnotic rhythmic patterns. USG brings this long-sheltered project into the light with its first CD release, finally revealing a piece that had lingered too long in the shadows of the underground.
