Violent Grief is a Dark Ambient / Noise / Drone artist hailing from Nottingham. Conceived in 2021, the project explores the space between noise and ambient incorporating drones, pulses, synthesizers, field recordings and industrial elements.

Following their debut EP, "The Age of Loss and Hunger", the project presented its debut full-length release. The album is inspired by the concepts discussed in "The Conspiracy Against The Human Race" by Thomas Ligotti. Themes such as pessimism and the curse of human existence are the driving force behind these many-layered tracks of progressive drones and textures slowly building, leaving nothing in their wake.
