A specially-curated compilation of rare tracks from the UK Power Electronics / Industrial Unit, released for their appearance at Hospital Prods / NWW fest in Osaka, April 2024.

The vast majority of the tracks are ultra rarities from early The Grey Wolves tapes (Prelude To Terror 1988, Victory Through Violence 1990, Incarceration 1994, Red Terror Black Terror 1987, Spasm 1991), some reworked / live tracks, the first re-release of the 11+ min track 'Psychick Rising' from the very first Cold Spring tape "INRI" (CS001, 1988), and 3 seemingly 'new' / previously tracks from the vaults.

The CD comes packaged between two double-sided printed 6" cards, harking back to the feel of their classic early xeroxed cassette artwork.
