Patient K is the solo project of Kevin Tomkins (Sutcliffe No More / Sutcliffe Jugend, ex-Whitehouse).

"Butterfly Drowned In Oil" is the follow up to the 2022 debut album "Piss Artist" (4iB Records) and continues to fill that unique void in any SJ/SNM collector's universe. The 13 songs contained on this new album showcase the same fucked up, brutal sounds and menacing vocals, fully representative of the vile world that the deranged psyche of Kevin Tomkins dwells in. His signature lineage of noise is of course present but cut-ups, synthwork, drum machine, organ, brooding ambient, and punctuated silence take these tracks to another level.
