Reissue of the 2003 album from prolific U.S. harsh noise artist Richard Ramirez (Black Leather Jesus, Werewolf Jerusalem), also originally released by Freak Animal.

"Tracking Device" displays a different side of his work, leaning more to industrial-noise than pure harshness. Even today, the album still stands strong within his massive discography.

This edition comes with identical audio (recorded 2002 at Squid Studio, Houston), and the same artwork, modified into a new digipak cover. Ltd x 200 copies.
