Both Toronto duo Intensive Care (Andrew Nolan & Ryan Bloomer) and Rhode Island duo The Body (Chip King & Lee Buford) thrive as innovative forces in extreme music. Rather than lean into the expected, these four musicians made a collective decision to disrupt once again by joining forces for this collaborative album.

With glitchy graveyard bellowing vocals, an icy industrial backbone, intense noise, serrated cut-ups, and teeth-rattling heaviness, these tracks reflect the respective legacies and pedigrees of their creators. Yet, they summon a distinctly dynamic and dangerous beast through the distortion, samples, instrumentals, drum loops, vocals, and Hip Hop-inspired slash and burn production, "Was I Good Enough" is a corrosive and caustic collage of despondent, shuddering electronics.
