Product Returns
We are happy to accept returns within reason. If you've a good reason for wanting to return the item (faulty, damaged etc), please let us know and we can arrange it with you. We cannot sell used items, so please think carefully before you purchase! If you want to find out more about the item(s) you want to order, we are very happy to answer your questions. We will replace damaged items immediately upon return.
Refunds will be made upon return of faulty / damaged goods. If the fault is ours, we will refund your return postage costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned items. Should the items be faulty, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days upon receiving the items.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on items of clothing (unless damaged). We are happy to provide chest measurements etc on request.
