First album since 2012 from this famous Pagan Folk band hailing from the Amur Region, Russia. The band utilise Slavic style folk instruments along with acoustic guitars and clean vocals / chants bringing in a medieval and pagan atmosphere. All of the musical instruments (including flutes, mandolins, harps, bagpipes) have a very powerful sound to them. Volkolak creates another recording that continues the pagan / folk music style they had established on the last release, the production sounds very dark and raw while the lyrics are written in Russian and cover Slavic and Norse Paganism themes.
