A seemingly standard set for a folk or psychedelic album, but Joonathan Elokuu's music lives in its own reality, in which the industrial civilization has not left its sinister trace of world wars and oil spills. It is pure melancholy, a poetic ritual, a mystery of the deliberate dream in which the heart can sing in unison with the voice of nature itself.
