Unavailable on any format since the 2007 CD edition, the album that started the Finnish proto post-rock / krautrock cult in 1994 is finally reissued on deluxe double LP with a a bonus vinyl-only track. This new version features updated album artwork and has also been digitally remastered. Meronia's 70+ minutes of simultaneously mesmerizing and crushing songs laid the foundations for future Circle albums to come. Although various incarnations of the band have since created over 20 full-length releases, the fundamental elements at the heart of Circle (circling, hypnotic riffs and motorik rhythms) were already present on this first album.
