'False Positives' is the third album from Akatombo, Scottish artist Paul Kirk, who currently resides in Japan. He makes music on the recurrent, underlying theme of urban and cultural alienation in a media-connected, (controlled?), Japanese metropolitan environment.

You can really hear the urban influence in the music... it's like listening to a soundtrack to a film of underground Tokyo at night. Illbient / industrial music creates an often brooding listen which builds up intensely.
