Two Canadian acts - Night Profound and Crooked Mouth - joined forces under a common banner to synthesize their individual sounds into a singular expression. The psychedelic, ethereal nature of Crooked Mouth meets the bombastic darkness of Night Profound on a collection of (neo)folk, pastoral ballads, miasmic darkness, and intricate tales of woe and elation.

This meeting of unique spirits features fresh Crooked Mouth songs and re-recorded demo tracks from Night Profound's infancy, with all members of both bands singing and playing on each song. This blend of deeply personal material is enriched by the pangs of a grandiose spiritual longing, undeniably at the root of each project.
