Unexplained Sound turns 10! Ten years of aural disorientation and exploration in the field of the most experimental and adventurous music from the international panorama, involving hundreds of projects from over 70 countries across the globe. A journey marked by passion and dedication, enthusiasm and effort, cultural exchange, and intellectual challenges.

This 10th-anniversary CD release consists of 75 minutes, including some artists who have appeared on previous Unexplained Sounds Group releases in addition to newcomers, exploring new sounds and sonic structures that do not adhere to traditional notions of composition or performance.

This reflection on the sentiments that undergird societal unrest is particularly relevant today. The album's thematic focus can be seen as a response to Nietzsche's observation if not a reappropriation thereof. Using music permeated with tension, it proceeds through a journey of introspection and discovery - a pathway to enlightenment by coming to terms with and embracing the novel and unknown.
