• ETANT DONNES - 'Bleu' 2 x LP

Étant Donnés is an experimental / industrial duo formed in Grenoble in 1980 by brothers Eric Hurtado and Marc Hurtado.

Following the first ever vinyl reissues of "Aurore" and "Royaume, Aimant + Aimant", the final part of this extraordinary trilogy is now given the vinyl treatment. "Bleu" (originally released on CD, 1994 by Staalplaat) is the final gesture and culmination of this period of creation where poésie and la nature form a magical alliance that resonates as an alchemical wedding.

Having the conviction that "Bleu" was the ultimate arc based on the purity of natural sound and poetry, leaning towards a mystical spiritual search towards their own souls the band then moved onto collaboration with friends and idols such as Genesis P-Orridge and Michael Gira.

Remastered by Rashad Becker. Presented in a glossy gatefold sleeve.
