Cult Of Light is the new collaborative project by Italian Dark Ambient musicians Davide Del Col and Ascanio Borga.

Inspired by ancient cults, folk horror tales and exploration expeditions, the music evokes long forgotten rituals and aims towards uncharted territories where mysterious ancestral forces are still alive and well.

The debut album, "The Luminous Spiral", is full of mesmerizing dark electronics and an ever-evolving flux of sonic matter that represent a sonic ritual with tribal and spiritual overtones.

Davide Del Col is an electronic musician and drummer with his own project Antikatechon, as well as We Promise to Betray (with Giuseppe Verticchio of Nimh), Molnija Aura (with Andrea Marutti), and Echran (with Fabio Volpi).

Ascanio Borga is an electronic musician and guitarist, who has released several solo albums, and collaborated with musicians like Cristiano Luciani (Cris X), and Paolo Taballione (Carillon Del Dolore, Christian Death, Gronge).
