BIOGRAPHY

Burial Hex was founded in 2004 by Clay Ruby of Madison, Wisconsin, USA.

Burial Hex performs “horror electronics to prepare for the final mystery in the twilight of the Kali Yuga,” which incorporate influences ranging from Tangerine Dream to power electronics.

Burial Hex has collaborated with artists such as Zola Jesus, Iron Fist Of The Sun, Kinit Her, Sylvester Anfang II, Skin Graft, Crown Of Bone, Stor, Mumber Toes, and Joshua Norton Cabal.

Cold Spring released the split LP with Iron Fist Of The Sun ‘Actaeon / Grown Under English Ice’ in September 2011, leading onto a trilogy of rare and out of print releases / tracks reissued onto CD for the first time, all with bonus tracks: 2012 'Book Of Delusions', 2014 'In Psychic Defense', 2016 'Throne'.

Cold Spring released Burial Hex's brand new ritual offering 'Gauze' in spring 2022, followed by the collection of rare / unreleased tracks "In Hiding" in autumn 2023.
