A remixed and restructured version of the COLD SPRING cassette from 1988. This is the recording of an illegal Temple Ov Psychick Youth Rally in 1988, in a squatted warehouse. The authorities had destroyed the original venue, and so another was found. People brought drums, and old filing cabinets were employed as percussion. Dave Kirby of Satori and Justin Mitchell took the original tapes, digitally cleaned them and went to the original venue exactly 7 years later and digitally recorded sounds and atmospheres, and blended the two together. This CD is a document edited and shaped to capture a moment in time and those feelings and impressions connected with it. Ready, aim... Ltd x 1000.
