Norway's Hornorkesteret present "Fjær Og Jern" - an anthology of of the band's first decade. Arctic mood music performed on instruments and inventions such as strung reindeer antlers, bones, ice, stones and various types of wood together with vocals, flutes, drums and field recordings.

Founder Jonas Qvale with special guests: Tore Honoré Bøe (Origami Arktika, The Nordic Miracle), Alan Courtis (Reynols, L'Autopsie A Révélé Que La Mort Était Due A L'Autopsie) & Roberto Conlazo (Reynols), and Norwegian polar explorer Fridtjof Nansen.

Using recitation, singing, free improvisation, noise, folk music, drones and more, this is epic music touching on subjects like polar exploration, ecology, the cyclic forces in nature, animal urges, and the Norwegian mental and physical climate.
