In 2002 Cold Meat Industry released what would be the defining moment of Folkstorm's career; "For the Love of Hate".
The majority of the album was recorded "live in the studio" where Nordvargr and Ulvtharm (MZ.412) just laid down track after track with ferocious intensity and skill. You get all the classic face melting feedback noise and crushing industrial rhythms, enhanced by Nordvargr's angry vocal delivery, but also some calmer parts that give you time to breathe.
Also added to the album is a remaster of the 10" vinyl "Noisient", originally released on Old Europa Cafe in 2001. These tracks were recorded in the same studio, in the same manner, in the same year, so it makes a perfect addition to this monolith of Swedish industrial music history.
