Talst brings his own distinctive take on dark ambience. On "Sewn Into The Infinite Sky", Rob Meldrum presents six expansive compositions; longer and more immersive than those on his debut release, "Celestial Displacement".

While still rooted in blackened ambience, this new material leans further into deep drones and horror-tinged, long-form passages, deployed to chilling effect throughout the release. A must for lovers of horror-infused science-fiction soundtracks.

"Talst's music is quite minimalist, yet very atmospheric and immersive drone dark ambient. The slowly evolving deep drones create a sort of hypnotic or trance-inducing effect on the listener. The tracks sound incredibly ominous, but my favourite is the longest one, 'Intertwine', with its crackling sounds interwoven among the drones" (Dark Entries).
