This enigmatic Polish Industrial group Different State dates way back to 1992 and is headed by Marek Xavier Marchoff (23 Threads).

This is a great industrial / experimental / ritual / esoteric / illbient release, somewhat in the vein of Coil - and dedicated to the memory of Jhonn Balance. "The Power Of Silence" makes use of distorted guitars, Minimoog, vinyl sounds, a vocoder and various dark electronics.
