Cold Spring's founder Justin Mitchell was an Eden within TOPY, and ran a TOPY Access Point. In his rare interview with Cassette Culture - "Universe Of The Wyrd: The Cold Spring Story", he goes right back to the earliest years of the label in the latter half of the 1980's and in particular his close work with Psychic TV.
